At Pars Planet e.U., we prioritize providing our customers with the most efficient and discreet shipping methods. To ensure successful delivery, it is essential that you provide a valid name and address. We cannot guarantee delivery if incorrect or incomplete details are provided.

Shipping Information

All our products are shipped from Austria.

Standard Shipping

  • Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination country (see below for estimated delivery times). Typically, delivery takes between 3 to 5 business days.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.
  • If you have any concerns about the status of your package, please contact our support team with your order number.
  • Depending on your location, your package may be handled by DHL, Österreichische Post (Austrian Post), or other regional carriers.
  • In some cases, you may be able to choose your preferred courier.
  • It is not possible to schedule a specific delivery time or date for the first delivery attempt. The courier will not contact you via phone before delivery.

Free Shipping

  • Orders over €250 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • The same delivery times apply (typically 3 to 5 business days).
  • Free shipping is only available for customers within the EU.

Countries We Ship To

We currently ship to most EU countries, including:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Countries We Do Not Ship To

We do not ship to any countries outside the EU, including:

Portugal, The Azores, The Canary Islands, French Guiana, Gibraltar, Guadeloupe, Madeira, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, Saint Martin, The Åland Islands.

Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is still in its original, unopened packaging.

  • The 14-day return period begins from the day you (or an authorized third party, excluding the courier) receive the product.
  • If you ordered multiple items with different delivery times, the return period starts from the date you receive the final product of your order.
  • You will be solely responsible for any reduction in product value caused by handling or usage beyond what is necessary to inspect its condition or functionality.
  • Any free promotional items received with the order must also be returned. If not, their retail value will be deducted from the refund.

Exclusions

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products with broken or tampered original seals.
  • Products returned after the 14-day return period has expired.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process a full refund (including original shipping costs, if applicable) within 14 days.

  • If you return an order without prior notification, we are not responsible for refunding any incurred shipping costs.
  • We may request a tracking number as proof of return before issuing a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.
