2.2 All purchases are final and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred unless stated otherwise in these Terms.

2.3 Each order is processed individually. In the event of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, replacements or refunds may be issued if the issue is reported within 14 days of receiving the order.

2.4 Customs & Import Regulations

    • Pars Planet e.U. is not responsible for customs clearance or potential confiscation by customs authorities.
    • Packaging is discreet; however, customers are solely responsible for ensuring that products comply with local laws before ordering.
    • Pars Planet e.U. does not ship to countries where hemp seed sales are prohibited.

3.1 All prices are listed in Euros (€) and excluded VAT. Shipping costs may vary depending on location and will be displayed before payment.

3.2 Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes in their country. For details, please consult your local customs authority.

3.3 Orders must be paid in full before shipping. All products remain the property of Pars Planet e.U. until payment is received.

3.4 Payment Security

    • Additional security checks may be required by your bank or credit card provider to validate the transaction.

4.1 Shipping

    • Orders are processed and shipped within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout.
    • Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.

4.2 Returns

    • Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the item remains factory-sealed and unused (in accordance with the Austrian Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz – FAGG).
    • Returns for defective or faulty products must be confirmed by Pars Planet e.U. before being sent back.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
